Showrooms
Each Kelly Goodwin location has showroom space that is available to use.  While these showrooms are open to the public please be aware that there is no staff dedicated to assisting people.  The public is free to browse and our order desk staff will do their best to answer basic questions as time allows.  As Kelly Goodwin is strictly a wholesale distributor we cannot discuss pricing with builders or homeowners.  We suggest that floor covering dealers and installers accompany their clients to the showroom for best service.  Showrooms are generally open from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM Monday through Friday.

Delivery
Did you know that Kelly Goodwin offers delivery to local jobsites as well as your shop?  Minimums do apply so check with your local branch today for details.  In most cases only a day or two of notice is required.  Due to the continuing escalation of fuel prices Kelly Goodwin has instituted a fuel surcharge of $0.01 per pound of material delivered by our vehicles.  Your local branch can assist you with figuring the amount.

Machine Service Center
Tukwila houses one of Kelly Goodwin's best kept secrets. Tom Ziebro runs the tool repair shop there.  Please call Tom at (206) 219-2011 or send him an email if your machines or tools are in need of repair.  Tom works on all standard flooring tools and machines from Powernail nailers and Bostitch staplers to Clarke buffers and Lägler Hummels.  If you only need a tune up or quick adjustment Tom can handle that too.  Get in touch with him today!  And don't worry if you aren't in the Seattle area.  Kelly Goodwin runs a transfer truck between the branches every week so your equipment can be dropped off and picked up at your local branch.
